CUSTOMER CARE

Bottom line: We want you to be happy. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your Charming Lane Boutique experience, please let us know. We want to be sure you feel welcomed in every time and you look forward to coming back in very soon. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can do something better.  We ask that you give us the opportunity to make any issue/concern right by coming directly to the owner/management for a satisfactory resolution.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

We do all we can to protect your information as well as provide a safe environment from the sidewalk, chairs, bathroom and beyond. We regularly clean and sanitize the boutique. If anything is not to the high standard that you expect, please let us know.

We do our best to ensure your privacy and have provided a couple of fitting rooms for your use to try on garments prior to deciding to purchase that item/s. The curtains provide privacy as you make your choices. Please be sure to check the fitting room before you exit to make sure you have all the items you brought into the boutique with. We will do our best to return any lost items to the owner but we cannot be responsible for the items that you leave behind. 

INVENTORY INQUIRIES

We are a true boutique. We order a few sizes of lots of different things. If you see something you like, buy it. We will most likely not get any more of that item. Let us know if you see something you like! Tag us on social media and we will see what we can do. 

 

We will do lots of social media lives and opportunities to buy what you see. If you like it, let us know. We will let you know if we can hold that item for you behind the counter. We ask that if you choose to do so that you come by within the same business day to retrieve the item or we will need to place it back on the floor and it may not be there when you come in the following week. We hope that you understand this policy.

Please retain the original tag and receipt if you wish to return an item for exchange or store credit. We will issue you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

 

All clearance and on-sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
